We are a German law firm with offices in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt/Main. The Düsseldorf office is conveniently located in the city district and the Frankfurt office is located next to Old Opera and main station.

Our firm is focused on commercial & corporate including transactions (M&A and Private Equity). We are listed in the Legal Experts Directory (2010/2011) as a firm specialized in Corporate and M&A.

We are regularly active in transactions. Beside of transactions, we advise clients in corporate and commercial law matters including real estate and building law, healthcare matter and in specific projects (complex IT implementations, retail and venture capital). In transactions, we combine extensive transactional experience with specific and detailed industry knowledge.

We established our firm in 2010. The name partners knew each other since 1999 when working together for PwC. Since then they collaborated and decided in 2010 to establish an own firm together with co-founding partner Camilla Porath. All partners share the same values and in particular are focused to work in a smaller firm as that provides a high degree of personal and professional freedom. Our clients participate in that as we are flexible – a conflict check takes just some minutes rather than days.

The vast majority of our clients have been clients of our partners since years. Our clients comprise national and international corporations, investment firms, asset managers, real estate investors, architects, privately owned commercial businesses as well as private individuals.
